Drew Nugent, a versatile musician known for his piano, trumpet, voice, and uniquely, the tea kettle, leads the group. Together, they breathe life into historic jazz in a way that respects tradition while delivering original performances.
Our Music
The Midnight Society focuses on the traditional 'hot' jazz style, bringing forward the energy and excitement of the roaring 20s and New Orleans jazz. Their music preserves an art form that has been cherished for over 100 years.
Though this music might seem forgotten by some, Drew Nugent and the Midnight Society keep it vibrant and accessible for today’s audiences.
